Refund Policy
This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and describes the circumstances under which Mirrored provides refunds. The three (3) day free trial is your evaluation period; cancellation during the trial results in no charge.
1. Free Trial
New monthly and annual subscriptions commence with a three (3) day free trial, for which a valid payment method is required. You may cancel at any time during the trial period, via Settings → Manage billing or the Stripe billing portal, and no charge will be incurred.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid, after which the subscription will not renew. No cancellation fee or penalty applies.
3. Charges After the Trial Are Non-Refundable
Following expiration of the free trial, all charges are final and non-refundable, the free trial having served as your evaluation period. Renewal charges are likewise non-refundable; to avoid a renewal charge, you must cancel before the applicable renewal date.
4. Plans Without a Trial
The early-supporter plan does not include a free trial. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund by contacting us (Email david@mirrored.online) within seven (7) days of the charge, and we will refund it.
5. Charges Prior to July 6, 2026
Charges incurred before the effective date of this policy remain subject to the seven (7) day refund window in effect at the time of the charge.
6. Chargebacks
We request that you contact us before disputing any charge with your financial institution, as we can typically resolve a refund faster than a formal dispute. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
7. Contact
Refund requests and questions may be directed to david@mirrored.online.
